Dana Coykendall has been an insurance customer service representative for over 30 years. She spends time with each of our customers to make sure that they receive excellent service, and that all of their questions are answered thoroughly. Dana makes changes to policies per customer requests, helps them set up payment plans, provides certificates and automobile ID cards as proof of insurance, and assists our customers in getting claims processed. When necessary, she resolves service problems that customers may experience with the insurance companies they work with. Dana is married and has a daughter who has just graduated from college.
